We can review accessible HVAC equipment, heating, refrigeration and installed appliances where they can be safely operated. Pre-purchase appliance and HVAC inspections are available across Betar Air’s existing service areas in the Blue Mountains, Western Sydney and Central West NSW, including Katoomba, Springwood, Penrith, Lithgow, Bathurst and Orange. If the property is further away, contact us with its location; travel and availability can be discussed on request.
Arrange the inspection before your purchase becomes unconditional, where your contract and access arrangements allow it. Provide the property address, preferred date and any known equipment list when you enquire. We will confirm access requirements and what can be tested; an appliance and HVAC inspection complements, rather than replaces, a building inspection.
